A woman named Kokila, who lived in a city with religious faith, lived with her husband Maheshbhai. The couple’s life was passing with affection and love. But Mahesh Bhai would sometimes quarrel with Kokila but Kokila would tolerate her husband’s anger quietly and did not mind.
At the same time, the work of Kokila’s husband Maheshbhai was not doing very well, due to this he used to spend more and more time in his house.
Maheshbhai’s business came to a standstill as he became more irritable in his temperament and often began to flirt with his Nightingale.
One afternoon, an old Baba came to the gate of Kokila and he had a shine on his face. At the begging of old Baba, Kokila gave him dal-rice as a donation and saluted Baba. As soon as Baba’s blessing took place, tears started flowing from Kokila’s eyes.
On this, the old Maharaj, taking cognizance of Kokila’s trouble, advised him to observe Shri Saibaba’s fast (sai baba vrat katha) on 9 Thursday. Maharaj said that if you do this fast with reverence and saburi, then every wish will be fulfilled.
