This 2020 Shravan Has Good Yogas

The month of Sawan is dedicated to Lord Shiva. This time, there are five Mondays in the month of Sawan. The first is on Monday 6 July and the last of Sawan is on 3 August. This time five Sawan become good yoga several days except for Monday, in which the Stroyogi Acharya Simi tells you in detail.

In the 30 days of Sawan, 11 Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga, 10 Siddhi Yoga, 12 Amrit Yoga, and 03 Amrit Siddhi Yoga will be made. This time Shivaratri of Sawan will be celebrated on 18 July. The month of Sawan is considered to be of special importance in Chaturmas. Shiva devotees worship Lord Shiva by keeping a fast on all Mondays of Sawan. It is believed that Lord Shiva is pleased by fasting on Monday of Sawan and removes the troubles that come in life.


Fasting on the Monday of Savan, the married life is filled with happiness. Worshiping Lord Shiva by observing a fast on all Mondays falling in the month of Sawan eliminates the discord of the house. There is freedom from diseases and sweetness increases in the relationship between husband and wife.

Those who create Kalsarp Dosh due to the combination of Rahu and Ketu in their birth chart if they worship and anoint Lord Bholenath every Monday in the month of Sawan, then this defect is removed. Due to Kalsarp, one has to face difficulties in achieving success in life. Every task is interrupted. There are obstacles in business, jobs and education.

Sawan month has special significance in Hinduism. This month has its own culture. The intense heat of the elder and the humid nature of Ashada requires the elixir of rain. Shravan Nakshatra in Sawan and Lord Shiva is closely related to Monday. Lord Shiva himself has said to Santkumar that I have a special love for Savan (Shravan) in twelve months. In this period, they perform Leela together with Shri Hari. The specialty of this month is that no day of its fast is seen as zero.

In this month, Gayatri Mantra, Mahamrityunjaya Mantra, recitation of Shatudra and recitation of Purusha Sukta and chanting of Shiva Mantras and Names etc. like Panchakakshara, will give special results. Due to hearing the greatness of the month of Shravan, that is, it is named Shravan. The name of this month is called Shravan, even if the full moon date is combined with Shravan Nakshatra. This is going to give you the benefit of just listening. Lord Shiva, the lord of the Shravan month and Shravan Nakshatra, and Lord Shiva, the lord of the moon, are the presiding deities of the month of Savan.

This fruit is obtained by worshiping

Set up in Shivalaya for one month in Shravan, Pran should do Rudrabhishek with the iconic Shivalinga or metal-built Linga or Narmadeshwar Shiva with Ganges water and milk, it is very dear to Shiva. To calm incurable diseases, from kushodak, rain from water, livestock from Dadhi, laxmi from sugarcane juice, money from honey, milk and with a thousand mantras, a son and a line of ghee increase.

  • Fire should be worshiped on the date of Shravan Pratipada .
  • One should worship Brahma on the second date.
  • Mother Gauri should be worshiped on Tritiya Tithi.
  • On the Chaturthi date one should worship Ganeyak.
  • There is a provision of worshiping the serpent god on Panchami Tithi.
  • Shashthi Tithi is considered to be the best for worshiping the serpent god.
  • One should worship the Sun God on Saptami Tithi.
  • Worshiping Lord Shiva on Ashtami Tithi is good.
  • Navami should worship Maa Durga.
  • There is a provision for worship of Yamaraja on Dashmi Tithi.
  • On Ekadashi, one should worship Swami Vishwadev.
  • Dwadashi Tithi is considered to be best for the worship of Lord Srihari.
  • Trayodashi Tithi is considered to be best for the worship of Kamadeva.
  • Chaturdashi should worship Lord Bholenath.
  • Amavasya’s father is the lord of the moon and full moon.
