Talking about the horoscope depicting the arrest of Vikas Dubey, Our Expert says:
The number taken was 200. The Moon was transiting in the constellation of Ketu and in the sub of Saturn. On July 9, the Moon was in the zodiac sign of Mars, and Mars Jupiter and Saturn were the factors of the 12th house. My reasoning at the time of the prophecy was that since Vikas Dubey has so much police force behind him, he would be arrested soon. Thus, it was most important to keep an eye on the transit of the Moon, and when the Moon would transit in the 12th house, it should be arrested, and that is exactly what happened.
He was arrested when the Moon was in the star of Mars, a significance of the 12th house in the horoscope. The Moon was in the sign of the stars of Saturn and Mars during this time, and Saturn was placed in the 12th house in the horrific chart.

The ruling planets at the time of the decision were other indicators that gave rise to the idea of such events occurring soon.
