Pack your bags, as you are about to spend your spring break between planets. If you are completely obsessed with astrology, you are probably wondering how you should spend your week away from school. Bright lights are not just in big cities. This spring break you will want to travel north to see the once in a lifetime light show. Alaska’s Denali National Park is one of the most prominent places to see this view, so I’m very sorry if you were hoping to surround yourself in some summers.
Bundling in blanket scarves will be totally worth it, however, when you see this wonder of the natural world. This incredibly stunning light show is a total glow and perfect getaway for you and your crew this week. Be sure to pack your camera, although photos may not do it quite justice.

Sleep under the stars in a national park
Spend your week in a national park after your wanderlust and stargaze. If you’re looking for a week’s worth of weather, I highly suggest hitting a spot like California’s Joshua Tree National Park, or Arizona’s Grand Canyon National Park – both certified by the International Dark-Sky Association is. A star lover like you would love to set up a tent for a night or two and sleep under the night sky.
Find the constellations that are related to your personal star sign and get everything in a proper perspective. School can be stressful, but it is better when we look at a minute and realize how trivial the midterm was in the long run.
Visit the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles, California
If you are taking a road trip along the California coast, you should absolutely stop at Griffith Observatory for some time spent with the stars. This place is recently known as the place where those magical scenes of La La Land were shot. We saw Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone get out of this world, and you can do the same on your spring break.

With incredible views of Los Angeles, the Observatory has public telescopes that will surely take you to the clear night sky of Southern California. Watch a live show on the planetarium, or if you want to be surrounded by people sharing your passion for the sky, hit one of Saturday’s star parties.
You have a star-studded spring break party
“Stay wild, moon baby.” When we think of spring break, we often spend a week living in a tropical place. Sure, chilling with sand and surf can be completely cathartic. But, you would rather spend your break looking towards the sky.
Celebrate a week with your crew on a casual night and with moon-inspired cocktails (if you’re 21 and up). Maybe you all go out and throw a whole personal zodiac party, with tarot card readings and cupcakes decorated with your star insignia. Take out the tea leaves too and let the universe speak a little with your soul. You’ll leave this spring break feeling slightly refreshed by all the interstellar inspiration.
