What type of Griah Pravesh are Available?
According to the scriptures, the house entrance is told in three ways, which is as follows.
1. Apoorva Griha Pravesh – When a new house is built for the first time, it is called Apoorva Graha Pravesh.
2. Sapoorva Griah Pravesh – When a person is on a stay with his family for some reason and leaves his house vacant
for some time, then when he is moved to stay there again, it is called the former Griah Pravesh.
3. Dhvandhav Griah Pravesh – When a person has to leave due to any problem or disaster and after some time he / she enters the house again. it is called duality house entrance.
In the above three situations, the law of Griah Pravesh worship is found in religious texts. It is believed that there is
peace and tranquility in the house.
House entry ritual
First of all, keeping in mind the day, date, war and constellation for Griah Pravesh, the date and time of home entry is determined. For home entry, keep in mind the auspicious time. For this, take the help of a learned Brahmin who methodically chants and completes the entrance of the house.

Keep these things in mind
The month of Magh, Phalgun, Vaishakh, Jyeshtha is said to be the best time to enter the house. Ashadh, Shravan, Bhadrapada, Ashwin, Paush are not considered auspicious in this regard. Home entry is not done on Tuesday also, under special circumstances, home entry is sung on Sunday and Saturday also. Home entry can be done on any of the remaining days of the week. Except for Amavasya and Purnima, Shuklapaksha 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, and 13 are considered very auspicious for admission.
Worship materials- Kalash, coconut, pure water, kumkum., rice, abir, gulal, dhoopbatti, five auspicious things, mango or Ashoka leaves, yellow turmeric. jaggery. rice, milk, etc.
How to enter home
After completion of Puja Vidhi, one should enter the new house in the sunlight with Mars Kalash. The house should be decorated with flowers, rangoli, flowers. Fill pure water in Mangal Kalash and place coconut among eight leaves of Mango or Ashoka in it. Make a swastika symbol with kumkum on urn and coconut. At the time of entering the new house, the owner and the owner of the house should take five mangikas coconuts, yellow turmeric, jaggery, rice, milk with them, and enter the new house.
