A legend is famous in relation to Ganesh Chaturthi. According to the legend, once Goddess Parvati thinks that she has no son. In such a situation, she makes a statue of a child from her scum and lives in it. She then goes to bathe in the pool at Kandra.

But before leaving, the mother orders the child not to allow anyone to enter the tendon under any circumstances. The child starts guarding the gate of Kandra to follow his mother’s orders. After some time, Lord Shiva arrives there. As Shiva proceeds to go inside the Kandara, the child stops him. Shiva tries to convince the child, but he does not listen to one of them, due to which, Lord Shiva gets angry and removes the head of the child from his trident.

Goddess Parvati gets the feeling of this negative incident. She takes a bath and comes out of the candra and sees that her son is dead on the earth and her head is cut. Mother gets angry after seeing this scene and all the gods and goddesses get scared.

Then Lord Shiva orders the Ganas to bring the head of a child whose mother’s back is towards that child. Gan brings the head of a child with a palm, Shiva lifts the head of the yard by attaching it to the child’s torso. After this, Mata Parvati tells Shiva that this head is from Gaja due to which everyone will ridicule my son.
