In Greek mythology, the myths associated with Scorpio almost invariably also contain a reference to Orion. According to one of these myths, it is written that Orion boasted to the goddess Artemis and her mother, Leto, that she would kill all the animals on earth. Scorpio is the eighth astrological sign in the zodiac. Scorpions are the most intense, profound, and powerful characters in the zodiac. Even when they seem self-controlled and calm, there is an intense intensity of emotional energy under the placid exterior.
1. Why are you so intense?
There is nothing moderate about Scorpions. Either they love you or they hate you, there are no gray areas. Its internal intensity can result in icy self-control and the surgeon’s detachment. Any profession in which intense analysis, research, investigation, practicality management, and mystery solving are relevant draws you in.
2. Why can’t you forgive and forget?
No one has more rancor than a Scorpio. A bad Scorpio can be a master manipulator. The message here is that Scorpio would rather destroy itself and go down in flames by its own hand, literally or psychologically, than submit to the ultimatum or control of another. It’s that damn pride again. “It is better to reign in hell,” as Lucifer says in Milton’s Paradise Lost, “than to serve in heaven.”
6. I am sure you are not jealous!
They will deny it until they are red in the face, but jealousy is one of the strongest traits. Find a Scorpio who has become listless and submissive and you will see someone devoured inside with furious resentment and jealousy. Often this is unknown even to himself. Repressed scorpion anger is worse to deal with. However, every Scorpio has the courage to face whatever is in him and transform him. Scorpio has no illusions about life.
7. NO Scorpios are big thugs.
They hate hearing a no and often pretend they haven’t heard it. Unfortunately, this aspect causes many Scorpios to become obsessed with relationships that are toxic.
